Who is Chris Alta?

Chris Alta is an award winning tattoo artist based out of Southern California. He may be a newer face to the industry; making his professional debut in 2022, but that has never hindered his abilities as an artist. Earning his first award at the Villain Arts Tattoo convention only 7 months into his apprenticeship. Chris’s work has been featured in tattoo magazines, prominent tattoo blogs, tattoo brand social medias, and even well respected tattoo artist/influencer Youtube channels. Although he is known for his vibrant colors and bold designs, his creativity knows no bounds. From black & grey to color realism, Pokemon to family portraits. Chris loves doing it all and is not afraid to step out of his comfort zone. He believes comfortability kills creativity.
